Being into Real Estate Industry for 20 years, selling House and Lot, Real Estate Managers and Trainor, Motivator and Inspirational Advisers, Real Estate Consultant, Sales and Marketing Manager, a web designer, and currently enhancing my hobbies as writer in the principle of copywriter, content writer, blogging, B2B Writer and B2C writer, that is too far from my college experience being a working student.
Yes! I am one of the many hardworking student that juggling time on work and study during college life, through then, for sure I have a lot of experience and lessons to share with you guys. Because I can share with you the life from, fast food janitor to being Real Estate Sales Director, memories of selling affordable rice cake to House and Lot & condominiums units, from being student to become an Inspirational and Motivational Sales Manager and Group Speakers.
We all know the fact that some people give us the most sadness and painful part of our life, also memorable and horrible experience too. We meet a lot of good people and unforgettable friendships were established, however, we cannot refrain for those people that can easily associate and compare to different kinds of animal, and through then we learned to become more careful and a cleaver in our lives and decisions, isn’t?.
According to one good friend, there have three kinds of clients we are dealing with in any kind of business but especially in House and Lot, Real Estate Business:
First, a kind customer, that willing to pay the right price in order to satisfy their needs and wants, regardless if he/she spend huge amount of money just to ensure a quality and satisfaction derived from the product you are offering. ” Honestly, I meet a client before that very simple wearing a T-shirt and six-pocket pants, He only asks me, Do you have a residential lot only package? because I only have a limited budget. And then, prompt on my reply, How can I help you, Sir? then the client said I want to start investing a lot first then sooner or later build my own house. Mind you, during our first site visit they reserved the unit and eventually pay the whole price through deferred payment ( deferred cash means installment sales but no interest) “
Second, a boastful, talkative customer that talk to much in order to hide there real identity that they can’t afford to buy. ” Sadly, I meet a client that said, You know guys ” this whole second floor is the only bathroom in my previous investment” and as expected he doesn’t buy any house and lot unit.”
Lastly, a great pretender customer that acting to be a real buyer but in the end, he wants to steal your product and idea. ” Unfortunately, a real story happened in real life that after the Seller of an on-going construction of a proposed 3 bedroom house and lot accommodate a buyer request of allowing them to start renovation upon paying off 10% of the price ( which is prior to the buyer request negotiaton alreaddy done, that they are a cash buyer and enjoying more than 45% discount off the price) until now more than 3 years had past the pretending buyer made a lot of alibis for not paying the balance and without any plan or action in order to settle his obligation instead he accused seller for committing estafa, see how rude some great pretender in the universe. “
How to identify the real customer, well in my experience you can assess if you have much knowledge. As an old expression was really true ” a silent river was surely a deep one”
The most precious lesson I learned about my career was “as long as you get older you become more careful in your life, decision and preferences”. Absolutely true that ” learning is the best experience and teachers in life” although it becomes more painful, Why? because every mistake we committed in our life surely, there has a harvest at the end, if you not enjoy or suffer from what have you done just set back and relax, either your family member can harvest it, I am not threatening you, but this is the real principle of “Karma” you ripe what you sow.
So never curse anyone because it surely bounced back threefold if not double, nor doing bad things too because revenge was more painful. If someone hurt you maybe you already commit mistakes and do learn from it, forget and forgive was the best revenge, after all, blessing comes from all our good deeds.
A heart with pain and a brain with stress surely gives you a negative output and decisions. So always look forward positively and progressively, because positive results produce only by positive heart and mind. I learned this principle through realization in life. Whatever you do right now surely a great harvest in the near future. So be glad to seedling good deeds, and be afraid to grow darkness in your heart and mind.
Imagine a businessman that really inclined to earning too much without any reservation for their client/customer care already lost a soul for money, nothing happen to him but suffers bankruptcy due to a lack of moral obligation to their employees and customers/ clients. Why because being a great businessman need to become a customer and employee-oriented personnel. Why because your company needs to establish a lifetime or long term relationship in order to survive your operation and even you have tons of customer or wide territory you can’t do it alone you need an allied, associates, a workers, quality employees. How to develop quality employees? make sure they are happy in their packages and not only staying in your company because they don’t have anything to feed with their family. Remember positive results come from positive people.
